Our firm was founded in Zurich, Switzerland in 1964. We have more than 55 offices in over 35 countries. We have about 300 consultants worldwide and 11 consultants in the Tokyo office.
Executive Search
During the last 10 years, we conducted 1,000 searches in Japan and 23,000 worldwide.
Our service covers searches for any position critical to our clients and any industrial sector. The positions include CEO, COO, CFO, CTO among others.
Industrial sectors include Financial, High-Tech/Telecom, Healthcare, Consumer, Industry and Services.
Management Appraisal
We also provide talent audit service for the client companies by leveraging our expertise in competency assessment and market knowledge. This service will be typically meaningful in the situation of acquisitions and mergers which require reorganization.
In the last 10 years, we appraised more than 300 managers in Japan and more than 17,000 managers worldwide.
